Returns & Exchanges

Not the right fit? No problem. Return eligible items within 30 days of shipment for a full refund.

What’s Eligible

  • Items in original, unworn condition
  • All tags and labels attached
  • Returned within 30 days of shipment
Return Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Items received more than 30 days ago
  • Items with removed tags or labels
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or odor

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept returns via standard mail.

How to Return (3 Simple Steps)

Request

Go to My Account → Order History and click “Return”. Select item(s) and reason for return.

Pack

Include the original delivery statement (or a note with your 7-digit order number and name).

Ship

Ship to our return address.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept returns via standard mail.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund:

Credit Card Refund to original card (5-10 business days)
Apple Pay / Google Pay Refund to original payment method (5-10 business days)

Note: If your card’s billing cycle has closed, the refund may appear on your next statement.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Submit a return, then place a new order for your preferred item.
