Can I return a product?

After you received the order, we kindly ask you to check whether the content of the package matches your order. If this is not the case, please contact: support@kayme.com If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense within 14 days. Undergarments must for hygienic reasons be returned unworn and in their unopened, original packing with the label and price tag attached. If not, they cannot be returned. Gift wrapping and laundry bags can also not be returned.

How do I return a product to the returns department?

A return form is sent with your package. Please fill in the return form and add it to the package together with the copy of the invoice. First, request a product return from your customer dashboard ‘Product Returns’. Then ship your item back to us, following the instructions on the returns form included in your shipment.

It's similar to the dress pattern my mother used to have, and I've been interested in it since it went on sale. You can probably wear it outside of midsummer, and it's comfortable to wear in any color or pattern. Today, I tried pairing the same Kayme peppermint green cardigan with a black coat from another brand. Speaking of greed, the belt loops were thin and not fixed, so they twisted round and round, and it was pretty difficult to untie them before going out in the morning. I think it would be nice if this one had a slightly firmer thickness and was fixed to the body fabric. Either way, it's a great item!
