Can I return a product?

After you received the order, we kindly ask you to check whether the content of the package matches your order. If this is not the case, please contact: [email protected] If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense within 14 days. Undergarments must for hygienic reasons be returned unworn and in their unopened, original packing with the label and price tag attached. If not, they cannot be returned. Gift wrapping and laundry bags can also not be returned.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns, within 14 days at your own expense.

How do I return a product to the returns department?

A return form is sent with your package. Please fill in the return form and add it to the package together with the copy of the invoice. First, request a product return from your customer dashboard ‘Product Returns’. Then ship your item back to us, following the instructions on the returns form included in your shipment.

REFUNDS

How long will it take before I receive my money back?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, packaging and accessories included. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these conditions.

Thin and warm
Purchased size 0 at 161 cm 48 kg. The waist and hips were just right. I cut it to a length of about 2.5 cm to fit low-heeled shoes.
It's thin, light, and moderately warm without wrinkling. There was an event where I stayed overnight at a resort hotel at a company retreat in January, and the balance between relaxation and neatness was good, and this is exactly what the clothes are for! That was the feeling.
