And with 10x the cushioning insoles that combine high and low resilience, the "Howahowa Flats" perfectly adapt to your foot's movements. *Made with a softer, more stretchy vegan material. The pleated areas seen in the image will disappear once you wear them.

Can I return a product?

After you received the order, we kindly ask you to check whether the content of the package matches your order. If this is not the case, please contact: support@kayme.com If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense within 14 days. Undergarments must for hygienic reasons be returned unworn and in their unopened, original packing with the label and price tag attached. If not, they cannot be returned. Gift wrapping and laundry bags can also not be returned.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange products at the moment.

How do I return a product to the returns department?

A return form is sent with your package. Please fill in the return form and add it to the package together with the copy of the invoice. First, request a product return from your customer dashboard ‘Product Returns’. Then ship your item back to us, following the instructions on the returns form included in your shipment. 

Can I also return my order in a kay me store directly?

Yes, if (one of) the item(s) do(es) not fit properly, you can also return the order at one of the kay me stores*.*Orders can be returned in the following stores: Odakyu Shinjuku, Tokyo Ginza

How long will it take before I receive my money back?

We shall transfer the money paid for the returned product within 30 days. The returned products must be in their original condition, have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn and include the original packaging and any related accessories or instruction books.**If a returned product doesn’t meet the above mentioned standards, the kay me webshop may refuse the returned product.

We sought the advice of an expert shoe maker with an insole license, and developed the shape of the new insole to better absorbs shocks and unbalance we face in shoes on a regular basis

These "silent heels" allow you to walk elegantly without worrying about the sound of your feet clicking, even in quiet places like the office or museum. The soft 3.5cm heel reduces pressure on your heels, making them comfortable all day long!

Reason 1: 10 times more cushioning than normal insoles

The cushioning used in the insole is 10 times more than usual and is ergonomically designed to take into account the shape and movement of the sole of the foot. With the advice of a licensed insole master, it absorbs shock and prevents foot wobble.

Reason 2: It increases the flexibility of the most mobile parts.

High resilience is suitable for heels, as the force is applied to the heel when pushing off the ground, but for areas where the force is applied to the entire shoe, a material that distributes the resilience is suitable. For this reason, a part of the high-resilience sole is hollowed out and a low-resilience material is mixed in.

Reason 3: "Stretch" Vegan material

Lightweight, durable, and vegan material that is cruelty-free. The material is even more stretchy than before, providing a more comfortable fit.
